What is the cheapest and best way to backup your entire hard drive?
Ok, if you can get a device Removable storage then get one if not, Dont worry all is not lost! First, create a backup of your PC, click Start> Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Backup. Then, create a backup file chossing the backup option of the entire unit, including records and save them to any removable storage device or else a new folder on your desktop. This file is the backup file and return to your PC to the exact state it is now, just go to System Tools> Backup and follow the instructions. Now, if you do not have a device Removable storage will notice that the file is mahussive! so you will need to install WinRAR (must be freeware so just google it). Then you need to run winrar and convert the file to extract compressed files later. there will be an option to create a self-extracting and other option for the various files exactly the same size as a CD-R. At the end you will have a folder with about 16 files or so mpg. Burn them to a disk each and the label carefully. If your PC goes wrong one day, each disk copy to your machine and double-click zip-1 to extract the original file. Then run the file backup to restore the machine. ps is a long time so a removable storage device would be better. The later is more profitable, but no effective time, your choice, but good luck!
